I will send to my daughter who is getting married in July and is learning cooking skills and enjoying it! I think she will really appreciate your directions in concert with the pictures. And the photography is quite good. You have a true talent. I think you should connect with FoodTV, you are a contender. Love to your Mom and by the way, her how to cook an egg is right on! I have a very similar one and have to tell you…I share all the time, it is an exact science to meet perfection. Your blog looks delicious, and not just because of the recipes. The light-hearted humor that you incorporate into your posts along with the wonderfully clear and crisp images makes me (a person who’s only ever managed to master grilled cheese sandwiches and just-add-water pancakes) want to have a good go at cooking.
I have never bothered to subscribe to blogs before in the past because most of the time it’s a muddled mess and isn’t particularly engaging. However, your blog (linked to me via my sister) has captured my attention and my interest, and I do hope to use it as a guide and a tool in the future. Thank you and your mother very much.
