A few weeks ago, I was on a diet. A pretty gnarly one at that. Measured serving sizes, no breakfast, no fat, zero red meat, zero social life, zero smiling, zero fun. You know the drill. Needless to say, during that time I became completely and utterly obsessed with food. I went on a Pinning spree, Googled recipes for hours on end, watched nothing but Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and opened bags of Oreos just to smell them. I was in a bad place. I was not made for dieting.
But it’s over now. And it wasn’t all for naught. The hours and hours of food
obsession research produced a long list of restaurants, bars, bakeries and food trucks that I want to try. So last week, I added that list to a Google Map.
